Our association is governed by a board of directors, as provided for in the Governing Documents (Covenants and By-Laws). The board is elected on an annual basis by the members of our association. How much is the monthly assessment, and how do I pay it?
The 2024 assessment is $390.00 per month for the fiscal year. Assessments are set annually by the board based upon the needs of the association for current operating expenses, maintenance, and any reserve requirements.
When is the assessment due?
Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. For details on delinquency, please view the Association's Collection Policy.
How do I pay my assessment?

By electronic check or auto-draft from your banking account . Please contact your financial institution for assistance to enable either of these payment options.

Why was I not notified of the assessment before I purchased my condominium?
Point Clear's governing documents are a public record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Madison County, MS, which includes the existence of condominium association assessments. This provides legal notice to all parties of the obligation to pay assessments levied in support of the association. Real estate agents, the closing attorney, and the seller should have informed you of the existence of the association, and should have notified Point Clear of your purchase.
How do I get the password to log onto the owner section?
You can either click on the "Contact Us" button, or email us at: [email protected] Your password will be emailed upon confirming valid association membership. Restricted password protected areas of the website are for unit owner's use only.
How do I find out more about properties for sale or rent?
To find out about available properties, we suggest you contact a real estate agent. All properties are individually owned, and listed for sale or lease.
All rental properties at Point Clear must be approved by the Association Board of Governors (BOG) in writing prior to rental. Unit owners and owner-agent(s) must complete a Point Clear rental form prior to, and between each tenancy, and receive written approval prior to any "move-in" and/or rental tenancy.
