ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE:
The Annual Meeting of the Members of Point Clear Condominium Association will be at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 14, 2023 in the Point Clear Clubhouse. Please arrive a little early to check-in, and register your proxy count with Management. The meeting information packet will be mailed to all condominium owners of record in advance of the meeting. If your mailing address has changed, please advise the Association Secretary - Kim Smith, and Debra Sanders. Included in the packet will be two (2) types of proxies for voting if you can not attend in person. Please follow the instructions for both carefully, or your vote(s) will be voided. HOA assessment has increased to $390.00 per month for fiscal year 2024. If you auto-pay your assessment, please remember to change the amount to avoid late fees. |

Committee Membership If any member of the association would like to serve on an existing committee or has an idea for a new committee which would serve to the betterment of the Point Clear community, please attend a monthly board meeting to express your interest. Current Committees: Architectural Review Committee, David Dodds Chair Landscape Committee, Marcia King, Chair Social Committee, actively seeking Chairperson Social Media Oversight Committee, Rob Conway, Chair Special Projects Committee, Board determination projects Window Upgrade Initiative: - The Board of Governors will review the current unit owner window upgrade policies after the annual meeting.
